What a depressing thing

Having been around wild ones for as long as I can remember (we had an old snag they perched on about 100 ft from the house when I was a child) it still seems so odd that not everyone has seen them, or even has an opportunity to w/o travel involved.

These are nice photos as well, always cool to be able to shoot a nest, something I hope to do someday.

Those are excellent shots. Super captures under less than ideal conditions. Well done.

(My local eagle nests are just too far away to get good shots like yours.)
