Default sunset after glow on the water (long exposure)

This was shot with a 4 second shutter in the afterglow of the sunset with the E-M1 and 4/3 9-18mm at 9mm cropped to panoramic. I don't (yet) have a big stopper for this lens so I had to wait until it was dark enough to get the lake to blur, you'll also notice the trails of a boat on the opposite shore.

Looks like a beautiful, peaceful end to the day. Hopefully the rest of it was just as nice

Frying like steaks on the grill again down here. Lord, it's hot. Just the thought of standing outside and shooting a sunset has me sweating.

chiPersei, thank you!

Greg, yeah right now Maine lakes are pretty sweet, highs in the low 80s during the day cooling to upper low 60s / high 50s during the night just cool enough to have a campfire and make some s'mores, wish I could send you a cool breeze off the lake.

Well done ramcewan. Just looking at that shot makes one feel more relaxed.

I definitely agree with the others, very nice shot. The 9-18 sure looks like a real performer.
