Default Home on the Connecticut River

I haven't spent much time in New Hampshire this summer, but am back for the fall and am renting a new house, which luckily is on the Connecticut River. I'm sure you'll be seeing a few more shots from this view, right off the dock.

Wish I had some stuff in the foreground but there isn't much to include and the bank drops off steeply.

Very nice reflection of the sunset-lit clouds, I can't wait to see more of these, especially as the leaves start to turn, it should be a magnificent view. I also like the composition as it pulls my eye down the river to the left, was this a stitch of multiple shots or just cropped to pano?

Single shot...Just looked at the original and I am pretty sure I didn't crop it?

This is a super nice photo and I too am anxious to see this scene when the colors happen in a few weeks.

I would guess it was the resolution you posted it at, on my laptop I had scroll left/right to see the whole thing.

How do people do that? My attachments are restricted to 1024. The system doesn't seem to allow simply pasting an image inline. At least not that I've discovered. I think I understand imbedding a link to a photo on a service may do it but this image doesn't seem to link back to a service.

Life's little mysteries.

It is a Flickr image which is linked to with a url. This allows larger photos than you can upload to Steve's.
If you use Firefox, you can just right-click and choose 'view image info'
