.....actually uh; well; hmmm, really I like'em both for each its merits and either if it were the only is darn good.

I actually like the 2nd one better. The colors seem less saturated and natural, so the bird seems to blend in better with the background. I also like how the texture of the wire came out in both.

Thanks Drew. I'm fortunate a 3TB hard drive allows me to shoot jpg + raw at full res for both. Here's the original raw file converted and sized for upload but otherwise unedited. I was trying to bring back (unsuccessfully I might add) the deep blue in the sky that was present but lost by pushing up the EV. Also tried to bring out more detail, sharpness, and color but doing so can introduce some artifacts so I didn't resize it quite as large as the digi-x2. It's just darn cool the the EM-1 has such a good digi-X2 and is certainly one of the reasons this camera is so versatile.

Nice shot for sure but I like the original better, it has a little more vividness to it as far as color.
