Default Ducks with Mohawks?

Saw these creatures on Suttle Lake on the east side of the Cascades in Oregon. I'm usually pretty good at looking things up but there are a lot of different water birds. I'm stumped, any ideas?

Captured using the digi-x2 BTW.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Fred and Bob! Now I can quit calling them the Redheaded Mohawk Duck and do a little research.
