Default Fall Panoramic Sunset and Sunrise

A sliver of a moon rose up low and hung for short while before disappearing back below the horizon. E-M1 w/9-18, handheld, ended up pushing ISO so grain was high, applied heavy NR followed by an unsharp mask to get the dark edges sharp.

A foggy morning, 3 shot pano with fall colors. Taken with an E-PL3 I picked up for my daughter, had to test it out first with the 14mm lumix, stock setting JPG out of camera composited in ICE and result straightened and tuned up in LR.

Nice compositions both. I like the foreground framing with trees and/or grasses in both images. And I'm a big fan of rising steam. I've been wanting to take a photo like that.

I like the second one the best with the fog above the water. Nice shots.
