As usual, very nice shots Marcello ... I really need to go back to NY ...

As for which f1.8 lens to buy ... I will probably go with the 25mm (just because I like wide angles) ... however, both of them are equals in term of image quality.

If you are restricted in term of budget, the Sigma 30mm f2.8 might be a good compromise ... (http://www.amazon.com/Sigma-30mm-F2-.../dp/B0076F3RS4)

Thanks Gilles. I noticed in your signature, you have both the f1.8 lenses.. Amongst another bunch... I Am Jealous! As for the Amazon tip, I seldom get the opportunity to buy something from Amazon since most attractive deals end up not to ship outside US/Canada.... I've got my mind set up for a Oly f1.8 now, it will take a while though before the order will be done (most likely through the Olympus webshop, where I got the lens cap from as well, couldn't find a better deal in the Netherlands). So enough time ro read reviews on micro four/thirds lenses!

Thank you Gilles,

I don;t have the 25mm but I have the 20mm 2f2.0 and I like also wide angle lens better than the 45mm.

Everything depends on your photography stile, but for portraits I think the 45mm is fantastic for that kind of photography.

The options Giles is offering you is great, Sigma lenses are very sharp and very affordable.

Good luck with your search.

Marcelo
