Default Austin shots

I had half a day in Austin and shot some photos while biking around the city. I'll be back in January a year from now and can't wait.

You didn't go shoot the bats as they come out? I haven't either, but would like to. Capital grounds, the State Cemetery and Botanical Gardens would be good stops too. 1/2 day just isn't enough time.

It is a beautiful city. Surrounding Hill Country too.

You must have taken the warm weather when you left, it was freaking cold here today (I'm purposely ignoring folob's -22 f thread.)

Great pictures, thanks for sharing!

Those are all excellent shots. Did you realize that you got both an Anhinga and a Cormorant in the first two shots? Good job.

These are all beautiful. There must be something in the air down there. :-) Oddly enough one of my favorites is the one with the pigeons. For BIF they are perfectly sharp and extremely well lit.
