Ditto. I really like the composition of the shot and the colors are excellent, with the background blurred just enough to keep the emphasis on the nutcracker, but still clear enough to add to the Christmas theme with the Christmas tree and the fireplace with the Christmas stockings hanging. I think you should submit the shot to the POTD contest here at Steve's.

Very well done. The only thing missing is the fire in the fireplace. :-)

Beautiful exposure BTW. Glossy paint can be tricky to get the highlights right and yours is spot on.
