Default After the storm

We started getting our first thunderstorms here. Here is the familiar view of my backyard:

For me, number 1 and 3 and wall hangers. Especially #1. The fog, reflections, positioning of the trees in the foreground, the colors in the sky, just a combination of all the elements. Beautiful, beautiful shots.

Heck of a backyard view, man....

I'll be with my daughter in Virginia for a few days from around June 25 or so to see various Civil War battlefields. Starting in Antietam, Maryland and going on to Fredricksburg/Spotsylvania, Manasas and maybe Petersburg, in no certain order (yet).

I'm moving to Williamsburg, but just for one year to work at The College of William and Mary. It should be a nice place to take some photos, between the colonial architecture, the gardens on campus, and the beach not too far away.

I agree. Numbers 1 and 3 are my favorites also, for the reasons Greg said.

Beautiful captures, love the smooth and mystic effect on the first shot.
