Default EM-10 live Comp and fireworks

I went to the Globalfest fireworks last night
A perfect evening for fire works
55 F and a Calgary breeze ( 15 to 20 mph winds )

I have never taken fireworks shots before
Live comp seems to do the trick

ISO 200 f 6.3 shutter 2 seconds manual focus

Thumbs up

Those are very striking shots and really look colorful on my monitor. You definitely succeeded on your first try at fireworks! Also, that is an interesting technique to also include part of the crowd. I like the effect. Well done, Fred.

I agree with Steven. I like the added piece of a hint of the audience. Gives an excellent scale to the size of the show.
