Fun stuff! A lot like shooting the horse races, only faster, LOL. Great angle to be on the track.

Thanks Greg, funny you should mention horse racing as this track Sandown (Sandown Park) is actually built around a horse racing track.

Thumbs up

Those are super action shots. Nice combinations of sharpness and action blurs, and also very colorful at the same time. Well done.

Wow, these are really fun shots, nice day at the races. Love the action of your shots, really captures the cars flying around this corner. Great stuff. Question, did you fire off sequences of frames? Or just one at a time? I guess it was a bright day as you shot at 100 ISO.
Many things for me to try out. I'm going shooting my brother as he puts in fast laps at the velodrome used in the PanAm Games. Okay, he is on a bicycle, but I do wonder if my E-PL1 will be able to keep up

These shots were taken with Single frame shooting, some were shot with ISO 100 because I wanted to use slower shutter speeds as the aperture was getting to small. Also used a CPL filter on the 40-150mm to loose 2 stops of light as I don't have a ND filter for this lens yet.

Good luck with your cycling shooting, post some pics here. Love shooting cycling (only shot road cycling) especially using slow shutter speeds.
