They are really doing a lot with the E-M1 to keep it up to date until they get around to replacing it, which is excellent for us. Having just had mine in for a service, it should be good to go for quite a while yet....so long as I don't lose a strap lug like you did, Bob, LOL...

The manual focus clutch disable will be nice. The focus ring on the 7-14/2.8 shifts into manual way too easy. Checking the focus ring is now a standard part of lens changes for me.

.....the 40-150 PRO ring has caught me 'off guard' more than once. YEP, I will likely use the de-clutch feature.
