Default Classic Equipment at 99MB. E-M5II Hi Rez Sample

Wowsers gee, this is HUGE. A 32GB card being big enough to hold all of 221 shots using RAW+jpeg capture.

A raw file 99.58MB in size. The processed jpeg in DXO Optics Pro 10 is 25.88MB.

Trying to record the image, pressing the shutter release with a finger just isn't happening. Can't keep the camera steady enough, no way, no how. Even bolted onto a tripod. Couldn't get capture by wireless with Olympus Capture to work either as I couldn't figure out how to keep the release pressed long enough. No doubt there's a way. Need to spend longer than 5 minutes to figure it out. Wound up using the cabled RM-UC1 release and that was the recipe. Of course, the shutter speed WAS a little slow, and stabilization is turned off during this process, as it's needed to shift the sensor around to capture all the required files to combined into the final image.

Smugmug has changed something up and the links I used to use to create hyperlinks are no longer there, darn it. You'll have to click on this link and take it to 100% in my Smugmug page or download the full-size file to appreciate the resolution captured...

Can't you just use the timer feature?

Tried, but it only captured one "regular" raw file. Would not work in high rez mode using the timer.

Finally actually looked at this. I was on a tablet before and blowing it up to full wasn't working too well. Insane detail. I think I'll eventually get a MK II as my main camera, but need to wait a bit. Need more lenses first I think.
