Default Web Cam??

Is there anyway to turn my Olympus D-460 into a webcam?

It's like asking a Ferarri to haul manure. Problem is, the Olys are higher quality CCD devices, while most webcams are CMOS...although the Oly would take great pics as a webcam, the CCD would start getting warm and you could end up with hot pixels. Better to buy a cheap webcam.

There is software to control certain Oly cameras (including the D-460) remotely, but it's for things like timelapse photography, or hiding the camera and triggering it remotely.
