BTW, The Colonel is a he. LOL.

And I have owned over 50 SM cards and rarely have problems with them. A format iwth an Oly card R/W fixes the problem 99% of the time.

MacIntosh's tend to corrupt more cards because of the way the data is transferred. PC are are much cleaner.

Actually, I don't tlak to the techs, I talk with the experts. :lol: :lol: :lol:

So that's why you haven't had problems-- an Oly card reader! If we all had card readers with low-level formatting capability, we wouldn't have had so many woes...Dazzle has it, Kodak doesn't, for example.

My philosophy on all computer equipment has always been and will always be to buy the manufacturers equipment, even if it is more expensive. That way no one can blame a problem on someone elses equipment, whether it be a card reader or memory or batteries, the list goes on and on.

It's not about price but quality and compatibility.
