Hi, I've got an Olympus C-7000 and cannot get the flash to work. It used to work. I don't know if it's broken or somehow I changed a setting. I'm reading the manual but still can't get the flash to work. What do i need to do so I can figure out if the flash is broken or if the problem is due to a camera setting and how can I get the flash settings back to where they should be assuming the flash still works?

Thanks,

Miek

The top right button in this image (looks like a lightning bolt) cycles between the available flash modes when in any record mode (P, A, S, M). You may have it forced off (just press that button to change flash modes).

I tried that, even used the manual, but couldn't get it to work so I called Olympus and managed to change it via the Mode Menu on the LCD screen. Also, he told me to send the camera to olympus for repair which I'm not going to due for now.
Thanks,
Mike
