Default Olympus 3000

I'm contemplating the purchase of the 3000 as an addition to my armoury.
Any comments from users would be appreciated.
Thanks guys.

Jim,
If you check Steves review on the 3000 you will find that it is a 3030 without the 32 meg buffer, 3.5 fps burst. Also the newer 3040 comes with f1.8 lens. might want to see which of the 3 you can get best deal on. I have had the 3030 and still have the 3040. Great cams.

It's better than its replacement, the c3020. Main reason is the external flash capability.

Thanks to Gary & Skiola your comments are much appreciated - Digital depot have a special on the 3000 and after reading Steves review I may invest.

Kind regards
