Default I tought this forum is dead!

I saw my questions and many other questions read by 100 to 180 people ! So the forum is definitivly not dead!

but there is no response! which could mean:

Questions like mine that are not responded are:

1-Stupid questions
2-dificult questions (there is no answer to them)
3-People don't simply care!

Sorry I can't think of 4!

I tought this was important and going to get some attention:

Well question #1 is clearly well answered by Mike already... The DPI out of the camera is merely a tag and not critical (just ignore it). Only when you print then the DPI setting is important. Like Mike said I have several cameras all putting out varying dpi numbers, the resolution of the camera is what's count... DPI is only accepted by the printers and can be selected (or changed) in the photo editing steps.

Regarding question #2 only the French speaking folks here can understand what abajour means, but regardless in thoses situations the shutter speed (on any camera) will be too slow for anyone to recommend you anything usable setting... Just turn the flash on!
When you get more experience you can learn how to use multiple flashes setup as well as combining with your existing lighting.

Also putting your questions in the general forum will get you more readers (and answers) than just the Olympus....

I think number 4 is those that are "cross-posted". As most folks view the messages in all forums at the same time by choosing to view posts since last on, it is only necessary to post in one forum. If multiple posts are made with the same topic in different forums, I generally answer only the one in the most appropriate area and ignore the others.
