Default Newbie c5050

Wel I finally decided on a c5050 to compliment my excellent c2100uz.. One for sports and the other for low light and indoors.. Well low light sports..

However I ahve been playing for a few hours now and so far the results are dissapointing... I know this camera can take far better shots so I know its me and not the camera at fault..

So i guess its a best setting thing..

Also does monitor not turn off at all?

Off to try the tripod to see if thats better... but I never use tripod with my Uzi so thought I would be OK

You don't need a tripod to take good pictures with this camera.
Download the manual from Olympus.
