Default about warranty

Sry, for my very bad english. I need a help. My D-560 came from repair but after 2 picture taken, it broken again, same problem as first time: no flash, no recording to the memocard, picture stays on LCD and only battery realising help.
How many times Olympus company will repair it? Can I demand camera replacement insteed? I bought it in May last year. I do not know USA laws can you help me and say, what are my rigths and what I have to do?

Sorry to hear that your camera continues to not work.

You might want to check your warranty.

Hopefully, it is for a year.

Yes, a replacement sounds like GREAT idea!

If your camera is still under warranty, I would press customer service for a replacement model.
