Default Difference btw. C-765 and C-770 ???

I'm trying to figure out what's the difference between these two cameras. I know for sure there is a difference in price (C765 being cheaper)... Could it be the addition of hot shoe and MPEG-4 to C-770 that would make such a big difference on price (we're talking about $100 here). How much better is this C-770 camera? Is C-765 improvment of C-750...Thanks in advance for your opinions.

The C770 has a slightly larger metal body, and the enhanced movie mode. Otherwise there doesn't appear to be much of any difference.

A few other things, lack of hotshoe for one. The C-770 has a dual flash (one for wide, other for telephoto).
