Default Olympus Service

I had my C3000 service under warranty and Olympus had it back to me in 2 weeks. The key is that they will ship the camera back to you the same way you shipped it to them. I shipped UPS 2 day and that is how they returned it. I do not whether I was lucky that they shipped it back 2 day.

Dave1 hi again
This is one I took with the c4000z at shq 2288x1712. It is 1.86mb file size. Program setting, full telephoto 19.1mm. 1/500 second shutter, 2.8 aperture.
The contast +1 and sharpness +5. Not sure if this is the sort of result this camera should be producing. Or it is my setup of it. Only I expected more detail from this model.

That picture doesn't look bad David...but it's not really an ideal picture to take with the sky as a background like that. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like that the fullness and richness of the colors are just not there in the picture...

I have obviously stretched your mental capacity and sincerely apologise but I do not think it appropriate to explain the usage of english language here.

best wishes ,

Hi MarcoAngel
That last picture certainly looks better. So you actually got another camera to compare how bad the first one was. The quality control must be suspect, as with the two C40Z's I had gave totally different results. I got a refund.

Sorry about other post(s). I was drunk!!

That last picture does look better marco...I hope this new one gives you better results than the last one. I guess it's always a chance you can get a bad product when you buy something, that is why places allow you to return them. Sorry the camera didn't work out for you David, but at least you got your money back...
