I've had my C5060 for about 5 months now. I had the mode dial problem fixed by Olympus about a month ago and it's worked fine since. However, suddenly when I'm taking indoor shots, I notice on the LCD display when I push half down on the shutter button, it shows a faint glowing red circle in the middle of the display that stays there until I take the picture. However, the actual picture when viewed later is fine. Still happens even after changing the battery. Anyone heard of this? Thanks.

Yes, its very rare - you camera is possessed and is attempting to steal your soul. I read about this in a Stephen King novel.....:lol:Actually, this is very weird - have you asked Olympus??

Hi,
I just checked this on my C5050, and I believe you are seeing the AF assist lamp in action.
