I thought the length of video shot using a C-4000 was limited only by the size of the memory card, but I seem to always be limited to 32 seconds. When I first go into video mode, it shows me 200-something seconds available, but when I click the shuttor button it then switches to 32 seconds and counts down. I know the card isn't full because I can shoot more video after that - so why is it setting a short limit? Is this a setting I can change?

Thanks!

The total available recording time is based upon the size of the memory card and will vary with your choice of movie quality - HQ or SQ. Individual movies are limited to 33 seconds in HQ mode and 148 seconds in SQ mode.

Cheers!

Kevin
