Hello just wondering if any goes diving with C8080 and takes pictures? And if a red filter that will fit on the underwater case ( to make up for the loss of color underwater ) is sold anywhere. Thanks,

Hi Hister,

I dive and have just started in with UW photography. From reading many posts at ScubaBoard.com most folks process their pictures either afterwards with photoshop, or do a manual white balance when in the water. The problem I see with any filter is that it limits the amount of light getting to the film or CCD and when you are underwater the light gets dim fast the way it is.

Check out the photogrpahy section at scubaboard.com and you can see what the 'professionals' say!!
