Default Polarising filters

What's the best way to use or judge the effect a circular PF has when using a 730 i.e. a camera with EVF. I never seem able to detect any difference when rotating the PF.

You can go to a shopwindow - look for a reflection/mirroring of yourself or things behind you. Then rotate the filter untill you an see through the glass or almost see through.

You also have to be to the right angle of the lightsource and the surface for it to work, but it does work...see:

If you use the lcd panel and make the adjustments on the filter should you be able to see the results on the lcd. I had not tried this approach myself.
