Default first 5050 pics

As promised i will put up some first 5050 shots. There is only one so far, but this is really interesting to me: it was shot in my bathroom, on night mode, with the lights completely off (only light through the partly opened door) and in macro mode. At the time, it was dark enough not to be able to read anything on the camera (not even the button symbols). I am reaaly surprised by the lack of excessive noise.
here it is: [url]http://www.pbase.com/geof/5050[url]

I hope this link works. First time i use it. Please let me know if it does.
Thanks

Geof
The link works. Your link should be
www.pbase.com/geof
This will let people see all the galleries you may post.
I was able to edit the photo to see what was there, actually very impressive with no light mode.

Default Out of the Box

I just got my C-5050 and can't believe how nice it takes pics. I do not have an eye for photographic quality so nice to me may not be the same as most on here. But this is my first pic taken out of the box in my poorly lit house . The detail was so sharp to me that I now realize I have to start painting my house

I am interested in buying my wife a digital camera( she can't contend with my minolta dimage 7i). and have been considering the olympus c4040 or c5050. Anyway got tired of waiting for posted images and went looking around. I found the following link for others also wainting to see some olympus c5050 pics. There are also a lot of links to other c5050 information.
