I recently bought an olympus c-5060 to shoot jewelry and i cant seem to get it right! i am shooting the jewelry and it turns out being too dark. can someone please help me with the camera settings and what i should set them to to get the right pictures. i am using the cloud dome for lighting effects. I cant get the camera settings right. The appeture, focus, white balance, etc... anyone???

Hi: The C5060 takes great photos, so check your settings carefully. Are you taking close-ups of jewelry? If so, do you have your camera set to the macro or super macro settings?

thank you so much for your help. i will read over the review you recommended. i am very new to digital cameras therefore a lot of the vocabulary i dont understand. i really just need someone to take the camera and set it to the right settings for jewelry and give it back. what appature should i be using?? and what shutter speed? i am taking close-ups of the jewelry in a white cloud dome. what is the difference between macro and super macro? sorry for the questions..
