Default C-4000 Noise reduction mode

Does leaving noise reduction mode on at all times adversely affect picture quality during daytime shooting?

No, it only "kicks in" at slower shutter speeds anyway. For your average daylight or flash shots it will never be used.

Set it to on, leave it on and forget about it. When it operates it does take some time to do it's business but without it the pics are uselessly noisy anyway.
