I have an Olympus D-395 Digicam...about 1 year old. I'm currently on vacation and although the Camera is worling fine, it uses 2 AA batteries in about 5-6 hours. Today will be the 6th day of doing this.

I don't take a lot of pictures so I've been using the memory card that came with the camera about a year ago. For this trip, I bought a 128MB card....that's the only difference in camea operation.

Any ideas?

one possability is that your batteries are aging and need to be replaced, the other is that you are keeping the lcd screen on a lot of the time...
just my 2 cents,hope it helped...good luck
