Default free 64 mb smartmedia card

I just came from the Olympus America site, and they are advertising a 'free 64 mb smartmedia card' for those of us who bought a C-4000 or D550 before Dec. 31..I can't seem to get the details, the website is acting funky...anyone know about this 'freebie'?
Blessings, Johnny

Here's a link to the form I found via Google:

http://www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_se...romoCoupon.pdf

Only for D-550Z and C-4000Z bought between 11/24/02 and 12/31/02. Requests must be postmarked by 1/31/03

Do you not have Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Right-click on the link and do a "Save Target As"...that will save the PDF on your hard drive, and then you can open it from there (that's how I got it to work, I too couldn't get it to work when I clicked on it).

I bought a D-550Z back in early December and sent in for the free card in mid-December. Just got the card about a week ago--it's an Olympus brand card (=Panoramic function enabled). Gotta love those freebies!

I wished there was something when I bought my C-700 in August...considering the C-720's been out for a while and the C-730 was soon coming out.

I still can't open that link, I do have adobe acrobat, but when I right-click the link and 'save target as, it ends up being an html file that tells me about how the site is giving me cookies...
I'll take your word for it, Mike, I bought my C-4000 in September, so no freebie, I guess.'

Johnny,

There is a phone # for any questions regarding the offer...it is 1-877-580-4619.

I bought my C-4000Z in Dec. and mailed the thing in...still waiting for the card.

Good luck,

stu
