Default stylus 300 vs D-560Z

I have been considering the stylus 300 and the d_560Z, of these two cameras, the main differences that I can find is that the stylus is weatherproof and the D-560 is not and that the stylus uses a proprietary battery. Am I missing some other major aspect differences between these two cameras, or is the $100 price difference just due to the weatherproofing of the camera ?

Would love to hear anyones comments on these two camera's

The Stylus 300 has an all-metal aluminum body, which may be more durable. It has the ability to resize pictures inside of the camera, and 1.5 fps for 7 frames burst mode as opposed to 1.0 and 4 frames at HQ. It has a smaller (1.5" vs 1.8") LCD viewfinder.
It does NOT have the 2 slow-synch settings for flash that the 560 does. It has 4x playback enlargement vs 3x. Other than that, they're pretty much the same.
