All info says this camera has a 2000th of a second shutter speed on it.............how do I get to it??

I had a Sony W5......the shutter speed would show in the LCD when shooting in manual mode.....this SP320 doesn't do it.....

How do i know when it is shooting at 2000 th of a second?

THANKS

The trick is you need to be in M mode and the aperture must be f8 toallow for a 1/2000 shutter speed or else 1/1000 is the fastest you can select. See page 53 of your manual.
