Hi everyone,
I recently bought a Trust DC 4700 and thought to expand its built-in memory by a 256 MB SD memory card. Now, if I switch off the camera and try to switch it back on, I have to open and re-close a few times the battery sliding cover before it works!! if I pull out the SD card and do the switch off/on operation, this time it works alright. Am I missing something :?or is it just a camera defect:X? Thanks to all, Lorenzo |

Lorenzo:
I'm not familiar with your camera model. But, from time to time you do see some compatibility issues with memory cards and cameras (and defective cards are not uncommon either). If you have access to another SD card (and I'd try a different brand), that may help you determine if the memory card is at fault (or if you have a compatibility issue with the specific card you bought). If you don't have access to another card, and the one you have is under warranty, you may want to contact the manufacturer and ask about a replacement. You may get a replacement card that works fine in your camera. |
