I don't know whether my Aiptek camman 1.3 can compliance with theIIDC 1394 Digital Camera Specificationso that I can use the free software available at http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~iwan/1394/index.htmlto control it ?

Who has the information about it please help me !

No Aiptek has the 1394 interface. In fact no solid state camera that I know of has it. They all use USB. You have to go to the Tape and Hard Drive devices before you have this interface.

Could yougive mean example of the one has this interface and suite for this application ? And if I want my aiptek one to have this capability then what I need to add or modify ?

Just look at the specifications for any camera. It will be listed as either firewire or 1394. You can't add it to a camera that doesn't have it. A lot of the lower end cameras are now offering USB 2.0 now instead of Firewire/1394.
