Staffordshire is a land locked county, however it does still have cliffs. Here, in the upper reaches of the River Sow Valley, the luminous green moss contrasts with the red of the sandstone rocks.

I just ran across your image this evening and the colors are beautiful, reminiscent of a modern abstract painting, but difficult to comprehend as a single photograph. Do you happen to have an overall view of the rocks/cliffs?

In your post from Cornwall, the last I think, there are different types of rock. Can you say something about it, here or in the landscape division
