Default Ice Sculpture at night, Ottawa, Ca

Was at the confederation park in Ottawa Ca tonight to take pictures of the wonderfull ice sculpture made by people around the world. While taking shots at another location, 2 Japanese guys came to see me, they wondered if I was a professional photographer, lol ! I said no, then while talking to them, they asked me to take photos of their sculpture, and then I learned these 2 guys were the one that won the contest today, organized by the Casino du Lac Lemay in Gatineau. I was flattered, then we went to take shots, this is how it came out.

I'm quiet pleased with the results, I was using the DRebel mounted on a tripod, I used the 50-500 EX HSM at 72-100mm at most, I stopped down the aperture to F/11, and most of them were taken at ISO100, for this particular one, I chose ISO200 and the shutter speed was 2 sec.

Wow, the lighting colors are amazing.
The sculptures are amazing too.

Gave your tripod a workout on those long exposures
