It's nice.

Presumably this is a picture of a (framed) picture (as I believe that I detect shadow around portions inside of the frame border.

Wrong. This is my original photograph in my wife's garden with a vignette effect created in Topaz Studio, along with a digital frame. The digital frame includes a shadow effect.

The photo looks flat. I suggest some vibrance and a bit of contrast to give it a popping 3D look.

Ya, the original post having such a "flat look" is another reason why I considered that it might be a pix of a pix.

No doubt about it, Bynx's modification(s) gives it some "3D."
