It went VERY well. I really like the fact that, instead of taking just another sharp photo of a bike, you took a portrait of it instead.

Looks to me like plain concrete and the swirls are made from the light reflecting off all the chrome and bouncing all over the place. ![]() |

Those are some awesome motorcycles! I own a music instrument store in real life, and I got a Samick digital piano in a couple months ago for one of our local piano teachers. Anyway, Keyboard Carriage company (the piano haulers) have now taken on a new client to haul for, the Big Dog motorcycle company. When I went out to the freight truck to help the guy get the piano onto the piano dollies, he had 6 of those motorcycles in a large rack behind our piano! And wouldn't you know, it would be the ONE day I didn't have my old Sony FD91 at the store with me! Every one of those bikes apparently has a custom, one of a kind paint job. Beautiful bikes!
Cowboy, that's a great portrait, too! |

Guitarman.. Yes they are all custom made...The owner said $60,000 for this one.. I used Two strobes on the end of the bike and a two Wabash super flood #2 lights over my shoulder... then 4 vector sport spots to highlight the Tank,Fenders,& oil tank

Sorry Dale, let me go out of the chorus in saying "I almost like it !"
These are my reason of my almost: - Fuel Tank, Seat, Rear Mudgard and Tyre do not stand out from the background : they are black and they seem to fade into the dark background - The Front Tyre is cropped in the lower part - Maybe there are too many distracting shadows on the floor in front of the engine. Beside these almost, I like it ! |
