We have a problem with young drivers in our town, this one found out that speeding in a residential area has it's consequences. He leaped the curbing, collected a lamp post, dragged it 80 metres ( it's the bent metal piece behind the police officer) , bounced off the stone wall and then took the front out of a garage. needless to say the police didn't have a lot of sympathy for him, he was not hurt as far as I know.

it's nice to have a camera handy, and a good set of pics to show our son who is about to get his lisence.

I have no sympathy for him either. I like cars, I like fast cars. But there is no excuse for bad driving.

When I was a kid we used to live on a main road. We had a small front garden which had an old stone wall. A guy driving a BMW who was speeding lost control of his car and crashed through the wall and into our garden. I was in the front room under the window playing and one of the stones almost hit the front window. If it had of it would have hit me to.
