I am new to digital photography and I have a Fuji S-7000. Could someone explain to me if shooting in raw mode makes it more difficult to edit the photos? I would also like to know if a raw mode photo can be saved in .jpg format after the editing? I use Microsoft Picture it 2002

You can usually save an image in any format your program supports, MS PictureIt probably does JPG as it is a very common format.

What is a more challenging question is if MS PictureIT can open a RAW format file from your camera, since each manufacturer has their own proprietary RAW format.
