Hi Cloud Surfer,
I have no issues with your method of marking the images, I myself have been using a similar bright orange stamp on saleable images posted to my site, due to some mis-appropriation.

You can use digimark from within photoshop to apply a invisible watermark, but it costs a bit to get the your watermark from digimark http://www.digimarc.com/ and for their tracking service.

beautiful. just a little comment. for the second i'd prefer u crop of the black patch at the top left corner.
