I took this picture during a recent visit to the Western Canadian Aviation Museum in Winnipeg (where I live). It's a 1930's Lockheed 10A Electra being readied for flight.

I love taking photos of complex mechanical things. While they may not always be artsy (though, sometimes, they are), I find them especially entertaining. They are like little movies that you can get lost in as you try to dig through the details.

This was done with an Olympus E-500, 14-45 lens (at 25mm) 1/60 sec at F4.5.
