Beautiful scenes. #1 looks something like a sunflower. and #5 is another favorite. At first I thought it was cactus, until I noticed you had it labeled thistle, which is another thing I didn't realize the number of different variations.

Thanks Jerry! Our flowers and bugs are probably somewhat different due to our climate being very dry and yours very wet. I wasn't sure what that yellow flower was. Too small for a sunflower and too big for a black eyed susan. The bees sure liked it! Would you believe in one short week I'm pushing 800 pictures with the 50! Would like to start over now that I think I've figured out the best settings. :-) Jim
