Now since the sample photos are the product of the different photographers it is hard for me to compare photos for the FZ50 and other FZ's from different photographers. As LoveLife is a professional photographer would not he cull the poor shots and post the better one's. Wish LoveLife was able to compare the 30 and 50 on the same subject under the same conditions preferably at the same time!

Printed photos from my computer always are much better than the photos on my monitor. I have a FZ30 and intend to get the FZ50 sometime during the Christmas sale period.
