Well, I kept this little spider in captivity, and alive and well for about 5 days while I tried repeatedly to get him to model for me. I set him on a large flat mirror, and thought it might look cool if I shot a macro of him, and his reflection both at the same time. Well, the first couple of tries were promising but not really as good as I wanted. After a while I brought him out again, put him on the mirror, and he took off like a bat out of h_e_l_l. I always managed to round him up safely before. But this time he hid under some junk (in the garage) and as I uncovered him, I accidentally squashed him. Sorry....it was (really was) a worthwhile idea to try. I'll post a pic to show you what I almost got. His modeling career never got off the ground. (R.I.P little buddy.) I wouldn't be this bored if the S U N would just S H I N E around here for a while...(are yuh listening big guy???)
