Hi All
After some more health worries (regular contributors to this forum will understand what I mean) I made myself take some more pictures to take my mind off my problems! Details: Panasonic FZ30, 420mm, 8mp, 1/250th sec @ f5.6. Image unretouched except for cropping which a) took out some extraneous detail to side of bee and b) enabled it fit on this site! Would appreciate your comments, good or bad! Also would love to see others' efforts in this area. Perhaps we could start a mini competition? Regards Tony |

Hi All
Can't decide which I like best, the one I just posted or this one, what do you all think? Details: Panasonic FZ30, 8mp, 80ISO 1/250th sec @f5.6 420mm unretouched apart from editing file size to fit on site Regards Tony |

Hi Tony,
I like both pictures but I have to say the second is especially fun seeing the bee reaching as far down into the flower as she can to get that necter. So cute! Nice job getting both pictures and dodging the stings  Have a great day! Teree ![]() |

Hi Teree
Stings were not a problem 'cos I used 420mm setting on minimum focus distance, so I was further away than if I had been on macro @35mm setting Regards Tony |
