Very nice Fred. It has been so hot and dry here for quite some time. Flowers have not done well. It's too hot to do much horseback riding.

Like the last one best, the others are fine too, on the first, the background is a little too busy and would have perhaps been enhanced by using a darkish sheet over the background. just my opinion of course

Jerry - It's been hot here as wellbut far from dry - one of the wettest Julys on record. Feels alot like I imagine bayou country.
Dave - Thanks for the comment. I took a few shots of the tiger lily and that one caught my eyebecause the background was not so busy. The side walk is a little busted up, but I like the way the seams frame the lily. Fred |

Fred,
the last two big rains we had, we gave them names, Katrina and Rita. Not that we want them again, but a little more frequency of smaller rains would be welcomed. |
