    The RDS made it easy but I still don't get the really sharp shots I've seen on this forum. Here are a few shots. Most needed very little or no cropping, a little sharpening and noise removal.

    Hi Don

    Nice shots - although i can see what you mean about them not being as sharp as they could. My favorite is no 3 - really nice the way the planes are banking away.

    I've never tried shooting aircraft in flight so don't know what to recommend - I checked the EXif and it looks as if you did everythign I would - shoot manual, spot meter, fast shutter speed, etc. I wonder if cracking the shutter speed up even faster could help ?
